Q. What is online giving?
Online giving is the ability to give a donation or schedule a series of donations using your checking or savings account through our partner Vanco Services.

Q. How can I trust that my financial information will be kept private?
Q. What is donation frequency?
This is the schedule of our automated giving. You can choose how often you would like an automatic donation to be made—one time, weekly, semimonthly, or monthly.
Q. Are there any hidden charges or fees to give online?
Nope. You select the dollar amount for your gift. That is the dollar amount that will be recognized as your donation. No costs or fees.
Q. Can I use my debit card or credit card?
No, you may only use a checking or savings account from a banking institution.
Q. How can I keep a record of the amount I have contributed?
You can view your online giving record on the Online Giving home page. Scroll to the bottom of the window to see your total given for the current year. You can also select “Download Statement” at the top of your giving history to print a copy of the statement. To view giving from the previous year, change the year at the top in the drop down box and select “View”.
Q. Can I designate my gift to a particular ministry or project?
You may give to the General Fund, the Benevolence Fund, or the Debt Reduction Initiative. In the future, we may add categories temporarily for specific needs (student summer camp, men’s retreat, women’s retreat, global missions trip, etc.). Every dollar given to the General Fund of CrossWay Bible Church is used to support the overall mission of the church to worship God, grow in Christ and impact the world; therefore, gifts cannot be designated or restricted for use by a specific department or ministry. Gifts to the Benevolence Fund help the deacons and deaconesses meet needs within the body of CrossWay and some community needs. Gifts to the Debt Reduction Initiative are applied directly to eliminating the current mortgage balance.
Q. Can I post a recurring donation to the General Fund as well as the Debt Reduction Initiative?
Yes. Enter the dollar amount you wish to give under each category. Leave the box “0.00” if you do not wish to give to that specific ministry.
Q. When is the automatic contribution charged to my account?
You choose: one time, weekly, semimonthly, or monthly. You can set up as many schedules as you would like, so it’s possible to give a monthly gift as well as a weekly one. The basic schedule parameters look like this:
Contributions scheduled on Friday through Sunday may not show up on your bank account or statement until early the following week.
Q. What if I want to change my online giving or stop it?
From the Online Donation window, select view your account. Select the schedule to change on the edit screen. You can choose to edit the schedule, the amount or payment info.
